The short answer is NO.

Heterandria formosa and Poecilia endlers will not breed.

As a general rule of thumb, with Poeciliidae do not keep anything with the same genus (first) name together as there is a good chance they will hybridise; i.e. Poecilia endlers and Guppies or Mollies.

It is not quite as simple as that since you should not keep Limia and Poecilia together as there is a chance they will also hybridise.

When it comes to Goodeids, I have read that there is a far greater chance of hybridisation between fishes without the same genus name, although I don't have any personal experience of this.

You may conceivably have a problem with harvesting the formosa fry as they are quite small, but they wont hybridise.
